“Aam Hi Aam” the Mango mania food festival that began at Jaypee Residency Manor hotel on Monday evening is attracting large crowds in Mussoorie. The tourists enjoyed the delicacies prepared by Executive Chef –Tanuj Nayyar and Senior chef Subhash Dhyani who along with his team at Regency in Jaypee Residency Manor crafted mouthwatering delicacies providing a platform for the guests to indulge in mango mania. The chefs prepared 16 different delicacies in Indian, Oriental and Continental cuisines at the ‘ Aam Hi Aam food promotion to usher in the mango mood.
Besides an elaborate menu stressing on mango-based delicacies, an array of beverages, starters and main course dishes added to the taste of food lovers. Mango lovers indulged in mango mania with delicacies in various cuisines including Indian. The uniqueness is the innovative use of mangoes.
The said Promotion shall be on for 2 weeks from 18th June till 1st July 2018. Inviting all to enjoy the Mango delicacies like the Malaysian mango chicken curry, mango chilli quesadillas folded in tortilla bread and served with deep fried Indian bread and many more, Anil Sharma, V.P.(O) of the hotel said, “We constantly try to come out with dishes having subtle innovative variations to serve something new to our guest’s every-time they step in.
